Returns & livestock guarantee
Local pickup livestock
Livestock that dies within 24 hours of pickup qualifies for a replacement or store credit. Report the loss within that period with proof of purchase and time-stamped photos.
Shipped livestock: DOA
Livestock that arrives dead qualifies for a refund of the affected livestock. Report it within 24 hours of delivery with proof of purchase and time-stamped photos showing the loss.
Unopened supplies
Unopened supplies may be returned within 5 days of purchase.
All other livestock sales are final, except where required by law.
